Beat your best. Don’t compare yourself to others. Their mile records, five k times, weight loss, muscle gain, calorie intake, clothing size. You are you. No one else is as special as you are. Everyone is different. Each person has different attributes, body types, advantages, disadvantages, and hobbies. Be what you are good at, be who you are. Continue to push yourself to new limits only comparing yourself to the old you.
