Eat to Live is definitely okay for runners(:In the book he mentions that it’s a low calorie diet, but obviously if you need to eat more b/c you’re active you definitely can. Plant based is the way to go! Sending good vibes, health, and happiness<3

Yay! I actually followed it today and got in about 1400-1500 and still felt full and energized (with a 5 mile run!) but I had a boca burger instead of tofu haha. I’m gonna try to keep it up, thanks! 🙂
