I got this book from a thrift shop for like a dollar and never really paid any attention to it because I thought it would be all dairy and egg filled since it said VEGETARIAN and not VEGAN but that Marilyn Diamond is a trixter because I started reading it today and I’m in love.

All of the recipes are vegan and natural and healthy and sound delicious! There’s also a lot of educational things and cooking/substitution tricks I never knew.
