As I was going through my recipes I was really surprised by how many were vegan or could very easily (meaning 1 swap/omission) become vegan! These are just a few examples of different types of recipes but there’s plenty more here.

Healthy living should always be about living in balance and never about living in deprivation. Whether you’re a vegan, or want to try to work more animal-free meals into your current meal plan, you shouldn’t feel like you have to give up on foods you love, only that there might be healthier or more animal-friendly ways to do so!
