Basically I’m really trying to get into shape for the summer. I’m already vegetarian but I was wondering what are some good exercises to work out your leg and thighs?

Yaaaay vegetarian! 🙂 haha you can’t specifically get rid of fat in your legs/thighs, but cardio will help you reduce your overall body fat! To get nice lean muscle, lunges are my favorite. Also squats! Just make sure you have good form. Running is awesome because it’s cardio and working your legs at the same time.

Lastly, Cassey Ho has some great workouts here! She makes them enjoyable 🙂
