Kettlebell WOD (again)

I am having too much fun with this kettlebell.

Did this circuit 3 times, with 15 sec rest between each:

1 min two-arm swing

2 min one arm swing (1 each side)

1 min around the world

1 min figure 8

2 min bent over row (1 each side)

1 min back lunges

2 min clean/press (1 each side)

1 min Russian twists

390 Calories burned!
