So simple, and SO yummy!

Please do not be afraid of the fat in avocados. It is healthy fat. You need it.

If you’re worried about the calories in avocados, don’t be. Mashed up, 2 tablespoons are about 46 calories. A quarter of an avocado is around 60.

There is so much you can do with them. Mash em up and spread them on whatever your heart desires. Slice them and put them in a salad. Or eat them alone with salt and spices!

For easy guacamole, mash the avocado up real nice, and mix it with lemon juice, salt, garlic, onion, chili powder, or whatever you like!

Lemon juice helps keep it from turning that ugly brown color too fast, even though you can’t still eat it like that.
