I make a batch of these every week. Depending on the specific ingredients you use, it should come out to about 90 calories with about 7-8 grams of protein.
If you don’t have peanut flour, and you are a peanut butter addict like myself, I highly recommend buying yourself some. You can make actual pb out of it, or use it instead of regular flour for added protein and nuttiness.
